About the Role:

The Accountant III manages critical accounting functions, oversees financial analysis and ensures compliance with established accounting principles. What You'll Do:

  • Maintain accurate accounting records by preparing monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and working papers.

  • Assist in audit processes by retrieving and providing necessary supporting documents.

  • Prepare monthly financial reporting packages, including variance and cost analysis, and provide actionable insights.

  • Oversee cash management activities, including balance funding, transfers, reimbursements, and reporting.

  • Identify opportunities for automation, streamline processes and work with teams to implement solutions.

  • Develop and deliver ad hoc analytical reports to quickly interpret financial results, identify trends, and communicate findings to stakeholders for timely corrective actions.

  • Strengthen and maintain internal controls to protect company assets.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business.

  • Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in full cycle accounting.

  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel.

  • Demonstrates the ability to recognize and address crucial details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Communicates clearly and effectively conveys necessary information to various stakeholders.

  • Interacts effectively with all levels of management, fostering positive relationships.

  • Exhibits strong organizational and time management skills, consistently driving tasks to completion.

  • Constructively manages stress and pressure while handling high workloads and meeting deadlines.

  • Supports and promotes social, ethical, and organizational standards in all internal and external business activities.

  • Works independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
