To join our team, we are currently recruiting an Account to Report Analyst, fluent in English.
You WillLead complex balance sheet reconciliations, including in-depth research and resolution of reconciling differences.
Independently prepare, review, and post journal entries for multiple corporate entities, ensuring full compliance with company policies and documentation standards.
Play a key role in all month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Process and review intercompany transactions and lead the reconciliation of intercompany balance sheet accounts.
Prepare, review, and validate supporting calculations for judgmental balance sheet reserves, working closely with country finance teams to finalize periodic reserve analyses.
Act as a subject-matter expert for AtR processes, supporting audits, internal controls, and compliance requirements.
Proactively identify, design, and drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and standardization opportunities.
Lead and support the transition of new processes from country finance teams into the BSC if needed.
Ensure thorough, accurate maintenance of accounting files and documentation in line with company policies and accounting standards.
Provide guidance and mentoring to junior team members when required and actively contribute to team development.
5+ years of proven experience in a senior accounting / AtR role.
Degree in Finance or Accounting.
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and IFRS (required).
Experience with SAP (desired).
High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, professional attitude, reliability, and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership, while being a strong team player.
Fluency in English.
Previous experience in a Shared Services environment or multinational company is highly desirable.
