About the Position

We are looking for an experienced Invoicing and Collection Analyst to join our rapidly growing team at Hiya. This position holds significant responsibility, overseeing invoicing and collections processes while partnering with management, finance, and key stakeholders to ensure accuracy and efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in driving both domestic and international collections, managing the general ledger, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

What You’ll Do

  • Reviewal of subscription contracts

  • Setting up billing for new and existing customers

  • Prepare and maintain weekly AR aging reports 

  • Analysis of doubtful accounts (Quarterly)

  • Answer Customer inquiries 

  • Help provide customers with necessary documents

  • Identify and execute the necessary process adjustments

  • Apply cash payments to customer accounts

  • Reconcile A/R to the G/L

  • Interact with customers to resolve outstanding issues

  • Record and tracking of payments

  • Updating Client accounts based on payment or contact information

  • Prepare customer usage reports and set up billing accordingly

  • Collection of past due A/R

  • Additional Ad Hoc reporting maybe required

Qualities that will make you successful: 

  • Minimum 2 years accounts receivable, collections and/or revenue experience

  • Bachelor’s in accounting degree in accounting preferred

  • Must be able to learn quickly and adapt as needed

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Advanced MS office suite skills

  • Must be highly organized and able to shift gears quickly in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision

  • Prior experience providing a high-level of customer service through candidate interaction

  • A team-player attitude and ability to work independently

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization

More Details

The base salary for this role is $50,000-$85,000. When determining compensation, a number of factors will be considered: skills, experience, job scope, location, and competitive compensation market data.
