Account Manager
What does a successful Account Manager do at Fiserv?
As an Account Manager at Fiserv, you will support Relationship Managers with day-to-day operational support for our National account portfolio. Your contribution will be pivotal in managing complex issues, driving client satisfaction, fostering loyalty, and optimizing revenue through the execution of add-on sales. Your role ensures client retention and effective management of contract renewals, continuously enhancing our client's experience with Fiserv.
What you will do:
- Resolve complex client issues and navigate customer challenges with a focus on increasing client satisfaction.
- Execute add-on sales strategies to optimize and protect revenue, while managing the client retention process and controlling renewal compressions.
- Analyze client data to identify trends and better support client needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring a client-focused approach.
- Organize and manage multiple accounts with attention to detail, efficiently managing time and multitasking between various client accounts, including negotiating pricing for contract renewals.
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of experience in account management or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in analyzing client data for insights and trends.
- 3+ years of experience in client-focused communication.
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor's degree and/or relevant experience.
- 4+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
- 4+ years of experience with CRM software tools.
- 4+ years of experience in developing and executing add-on sales strategies.
- 4+ years of experience in client retention strategies.
