About the role:
Vistar’s goal is to revolutionize the Digital Out Of Home (DOOH) advertising industry through technology. We are continuing to grow our Canadian region and looking to add to our Supply team to lead our regional partnerships.
We are searching for an experienced candidate who is looking to work with top-tier media owners in a growing market, helping to ensure that they get the most out of our supply-side products and services. A successful candidate for this role has built strong client relationships; has an analytical mindset, understands the programmatic or digital out of home landscape and is a strong communicator. This candidate will report directly to the Managing Director of Canada.
What you'll do:
Build strong relationships with day-to-day media owner contacts
Conduct regular touch-points with assigned accounts to understand their goals, plans, and needs
Analyze media owner-specific and market-level data to understand trends and provide recommendations to improve your accounts’ revenue
Provide support for customer inquiries regarding Vistar’s SSP, in addition to industry trends and best practices
Identify opportunities to upsell SSP clients into Vistar’s SaaS products, and work with the Supply Sales team to complete the upsell
Collaborate with the Vistar demand team (Sales and Client Services) to facilitate a strong marketplace where both buyers and sellers get the information they need
Collect product feedback, and work with the product team to ensure our SSP continues to improve
Collect feedback on our service, and work with the Director of Partnerships to make sure our service continues to impress our partners
What experience we're looking for:
5+ years of account experience in the programmatic, OOH, digital advertising or SaaS industry
Strong Excel and analytical skills; able to generate actionable insights from data
Ability and desire to build and nurture relationships with partners
Strong project management, presentation, and communication skills
Experience working at a fast growing startup or experience in DOOH is preferred, but not required
Bachelor's degree
