Rumble is a high-growth neutral video platform that is creating the rails and independent infrastructure designed to be immune to cancel culture. Rumble’s mission is to restore the Internet to its roots by making it free and open once again.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role as an Account Manager, you’ll lead campaign delivery and performance across the Rumble Podcast Host-Read Sponsorships, working directly with brands and their media partners to develop meaningful, results-driven campaigns — including host-read and integrated ad formats that align with content and audience tone.

  • Build and grow client relationships, with a strong focus on trust and long-term value.
  • Develop and execute host-read and native ad strategies, collaborating closely with content creators, talent teams, and clients.
  • Dive into performance data, optimize campaigns in real time, and identify areas for growth and upsell.
  • Guide clients and agencies on best practices — especially when it comes to tone, voice, and authenticity in host-read formats.
  • Act as a Rumble Podcast Host-Read Sponsorships product expert, educating partners on platform features and unique creative opportunities.
  • Ensure every campaign — whether automated, custom, or talent-led — meets high standards of performance and storytelling.

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years in digital media, ad tech, or performance/brand marketing, preferably in fast-paced environments.
  • A strong understanding of CPM based pricing models building sales packages, and the ability to guide advertisers and agencies through the process.
  • Proven ability to hit sales goals and drive campaign success.
  • Data-savvy: you’re great with campaign analytics, measurement strategies, and drawing actionable insights.
  • A communicator and collaborator — able to work with creators, clients, and cross-functional teams with ease.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience with podcast host-read and advertising formats (display, pre-roll) — you understand what makes them effective and how to scale them.
  • Have worked directly with talent, creators, or podcast hosts to produce ad reads or custom content.
  • Bring that proactive “let’s make this better” mentality to every campaign.
  • Are passionate about Rumble’s products — as a user and a strategist.
  • Have a background in sales, media strategy, or content marketing.

Why Our Team Loves Working Here:

  • We are making a significant financial impact for our video creator community; we’re proud of their success stories
  • We enjoy challenging the status quo and going head-to-head against Big Tech
  • We aren’t afraid to try new things; we act fast and want to win
  • We pay competitive salaries and provide great benefits
