About The Sales Factory

The Sales Factory is a fast growing B2B prospecting company. We are on a mission to be the gold standard for outbound sales prospecting by helping organizations close more deals through pipeline contribution. We are looking to hire the right people today that will drive growth and excellence within the organization.

Our prospecting teams use cutting-edge technology to find the right target audiences, then feed our trained Business Development Representatives to move opportunities down the pipeline for our clients with proprietary strategies.

This job is remote anywhere in Canada. We are looking for aspiring sales leaders who want to join a remote-first company with the option to work from anywhere in the country.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an Account Manager to own the growth, retention, and renewal of a book of established client accounts. Once a new client has been onboarded and proven successful, they graduate to you — and your job is to keep them winning, deepen the relationship, and expand the account over time.

This role sits within a clear career ladder at TSF: Jr AM → AM → Go-To-Market Engineer (GTME). Strong performers who want to move toward strategy, onboarding, and new-account launch have a defined path to grow into a GTME role.

The goal is to establish TSF as a long-term, indispensable partner for our clients' revenue growth.

If you're motivated by building lasting client relationships and driving measurable account growth — this opportunity is for you!

Cool Things You'll Do

  • Own the ongoing success of a portfolio of graduated (proven, performing) client accounts

  • Drive renewal performance and retention across your book of business

  • Identify and execute on opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand revenue

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of BDRs, ensuring alignment with client goals and driving team performance against key metrics and targets

  • Monitor account performance metrics and proactively address risk before it becomes churn

  • Partner closely with clients as their day-to-day strategic point of contact

  • Use data and insights to continuously optimize account performance

  • Support forecasting and performance reporting for your book of business

  • Contribute to identifying and improving account management workflows and processes

What You Bring To The Table

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or client success

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding renewal, retention, or revenue targets

  • Strong client-facing communication and relationship management skills

  • Ability to use data and performance metrics to drive decisions and improve outcomes

  • Experience with CRM platforms and sales/account management tools

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a multi-account portfolio in a fast-paced environment

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

  • Interest in growing toward a Go-To-Market Engineer role over time

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary and performance-based bonus

  • Fully remote role, work from anywhere in Canada

  • Full medical coverage (medical, dental, vision)
