We are looking for experienced Account Managers to support our business growth in Toronto and Montreal. The primary responsibility is to develop the client base, identify clients’ needs, and promote company’s products and services. This role also involves working with internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to satisfy clients.

 Responsibilities:

  • Develop clients through networking, seminars, and referrals
  • Understand the needs of clients and build trusted relationships with them
  • Promote the company's financial products & services to address clients’ needs
  • Work with internal teams to identify and recommend cross-sell opportunities
  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients, closing sales and meeting targets
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports to the management team
  • Represent the company in a professional manner and adhere to a proper work ethic
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing,  sales or client relationship building role
  • Exceptional focus on customer service
  • Working experience in financial services sectors preferred
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent
  • Self-motivated, resourceful, entrepreneurial and relationship-focused.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all personality types
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong attention to details and solid problem-solving skills
  • Mandarin proficiency is a definite asset in order to service our Mandarin speaking clients. For the positions based in Montreal, French proficiency is mandatory.
