About The Role

This role is reporting to the Vice President of Business Insurance and is responsible for providing support to the Commercial Insurance team. This individual would be handling Mid-Market accounts over $10,000.

What You’ll Do

  • Process Auto Endorsements including Policy Works and Invoicing.
  • Process Property Endorsements including Policy Works and Invoicing.
  • Follow-up on FINAL Signed Named Insured Schedule.
  • Follow-up FINAL Signed vehicle/driver List.
  • Follow-up on FINAL Signed Contractors Equipment.
  • Follow-up Signed Statement of Values/Completed and Signed Profits Worksheet.
  • Abeyance File 30-days to follow up for insurer policies.
  • Send Policies to client when received.
  • Assemble Manual Binders and Policies.
  • Add & Delete Vehicles and update List.
  • Add & Delete Driver and update list.
  • Prepare Premium Financing Renewal Offer.
  • Follow-up for Payment or Finance Contract.
  • Send Renewal Certificates of Insurance approved by Account Manager.
  • Prepare Pink Slips using final list approved by Account Manager.
  • Order Updated Level II CVOR as requested.

Qualifications and expertise that pave the way for Success

  • College Diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 10 or more years of experience in Commercial Insurance and RIBO Licensed.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational, time and client management skills.
