As our new Influencer - Account Manager Intern, you’ll be lending your skills and expertise to assist with various components of an Account Manager's mandate at Dulcedo. Your profile should reflect a personable and organized individual with a passion for all things related to influencers. To excel in this role, you should have a strong interest in social media, knowledge of brand collaborations, influencer marketing, relevant KPIs, and emerging social media platforms. This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic industry, and we are excited to have you on board.


Key Responsibilities:

Keep internal tracking documents up to date to ensure collaborations stay on schedule.

Assist with weekly talent planners and input key deadlines into calendars for streamlined campaign execution.

Support the creation of Statements of Work (SOWs) and talent invoices to ensure accurate documentation.

Attend talent and client meetings, take detailed notes, and share key learnings with the team.

Help identify new collaboration and gifting opportunities based on talent preferences and market trends.

Provide monthly reports on social media trends and insights to support talent’s content direction.

Gather key performance metrics from collaborations and compile detailed reports.

Maintain a strong understanding of campaign KPIs to measure success effectively.


Your Profile:

Recent graduates or young professionals with a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (PR, marketing, business, or communications).

Strong organizational and time management skills offering great work ethics. 

Knowledge and keen interest in social media marketing.

Understanding of the world of public relations, collaborations and sponsorships.

Strong desire to kick off a career in the world of talent management and influencer marketing.


Parameters & Perks!

Duration: 16 weeks

Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week)

Compensation: While our internships are unpaid, we offer a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the 16-week program.

Full-Time Opportunity: This decision will be contingent on the successful completion of the internship, mutual agreement among all stakeholders and current hiring needs. 

Highly flexible work environment with minimal to no office attendance requirements, giving you the freedom to adapt your schedule!

Wrap up work at 2:00 PM every Friday, giving you a head start on the weekend!
