Brafton is one of the world's leading content marketing firms, with offices in Boston, London, Toronto and Sydney. We aspire to continually raise the bar on what people consider "marketing content." We create result-focused strategies and content to drive SEO, social engagement and leads for our clients. Our teams continuously build expertise across new media formats, including video, blogs, infographics and web design.

This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity open to candidates in Eastern Time Zone Canada.

Build the Future of AI-Powered Marketing
We’re not building another AI writing tool.

At contentmarketing.ai, we’re redefining how marketing teams create content — combining AI-driven workflows across research, writing, QA, and SEO with real strategic rigor. The result: scalable, brand-aligned content that actually performs.

Backed by 18+ years of digital marketing expertise, Brafton has evolved from a leading content agency into a SaaS-driven business serving clients in 125+ countries.

We’re now scaling — and we’re looking for commercially driven Account Executives who understand both sales and modern marketing.

The Role
This is a quota-carrying, revenue-driving role focused on new business acquisition and account growth across small and mid-sized businesses.

You will own the full sales cycle — from inbound and outbound opportunity generation through to close — while also driving expansion within your accounts.

This is a high-activity, high-impact role, but success isn’t just about volume — it’s about understanding marketing challenges and clearly demonstrating ROI to marketing and business leaders.

You’ll engage directly with stakeholders across marketing and leadership teams, translating their goals (traffic, rankings, leads, pipeline, revenue) into scalable content strategies powered by contentmarketing.ai.

You should be confident, consultative, and commercially focused — able to build trust quickly, challenge when needed, and close decisively.

What You’ll Own
  • Full-cycle sales: prospecting, inbound conversion, closing, and expansion

  • Managing a high volume of opportunities across SMB and mid-market accounts

  • Running efficient, insight-driven discovery focused on marketing goals and performance gaps

  • Translating marketing challenges (SEO, content production, lead generation) into clear, ROI-driven solutions for both marketing and business leaders

  • Positioning contentmarketing.ai as a faster, smarter way to scale content and improve marketing performance

  • Driving upsell and renewal opportunities within existing accounts

  • Maintaining disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting in HubSpot

  • Structuring and closing commercial agreements (contracts, MSAs, addendums)

What We’re Looking For
  • 3 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, digital marketing, or a similar space

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, content strategy, demand generation, or performance marketing)

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quota in a high-volume sales environment

  • Experience managing multiple deals simultaneously with shorter sales cycles

  • Ability to engage credibly with marketing and business leaders and translate their goals into solutions

  • Comfortable running consultative sales conversations without overcomplicating the process

What Sets You Apart
  • You can speak the language of both marketers and commercial decision-makers

  • You connect product value directly to outcomes like traffic, leads, pipeline, and revenue

  • You balance speed with substance — moving deals forward while adding real insight

  • You build trust quickly and guide prospects toward decisions

  • You’re organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in managing your pipeline

  • You bring energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to win

Why This Role
  • High-growth space: AI + marketing is scaling rapidly

  • Differentiated product: More than a writing tool — a structured content system

  • Real earning potential: Strong base + uncapped commission

  • Ownership: You control your pipeline and outcomes

  • Momentum: Join at a key stage of growth with real opportunity to scale with the business
