About the Role 
Due to the rapid growth of new logos this year, our current account managers are increasingly stretched to both support existing customers and capture significant upsell opportunities. As a French-speaking Account Executive, you will drive net new logo acquisition, expand footprint through cross-sell and upsell motions, and play a key role in accelerating growth through 2026 and beyond. 

What You’ll Do 
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close for new logo acquisition 
• Build and maintain strong pipeline coverage through outbound outreach and strategic territory planning 
• Conduct discovery to understand operational and financial challenges in healthcare foodservice and senior living 
• Deliver focused product demos tailored to key buyer personas 
• Create proposals and lead pricing discussions within company guardrails 
• Identify expansion opportunities during the sales process and through partner collaboration 
• Maintain clean CRM data, accurate forecasting, and consistent deal documentation 
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and effective market feedback 
• Represent MealSuite at events, conferences, and partner activities as needed 

What You Bring 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience 
• 1–3 years of SaaS sales experience 
• Experience owning a full sales cycle from prospecting to close 
• Strong discovery, presentation, and negotiation skills 
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) 
Bilingual fluency in Canadian French and English 
• Independent, action-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills

Compensation 

$77,000 - $90,000 CAD + Commission
