About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Account Executive to join our award-winning Canadian team in Toronto. You’ll partner with leading brands and agencies to create high-impact campaigns across CTV, OLV, display, and programmatic. What You’ll Do
  • Prospect, pitch, and close business with targeted agencies and advertisers
  • Develop and maintain strong, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with Client Services, Ad Ops, and Sales Planning to deliver exceptional campaigns
  • Represent Teads in the marketplace as a trusted brand advocate
  • Ensure high client satisfaction to drive renewals and incremental growth
  • Own client relationships beyond the sale, contributing to ongoing growth and retention
  • Use campaign insights and performance to uncover new opportunities with clients
What You Bring
  • 3–8+ years’ experience in digital media sales (mobile, video, or programmatic preferred)
  • Solid knowledge of CTV, OLV, digital display, and programmatic advertising
  • Established network within media agencies and direct advertisers
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-starter with strong collaboration skills
  • Comfort working with data and performance metrics in client conversations

The pay range for this position is CAD $200,000 to $230,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Teads’ total rewards package.
