Our customers aren’t buying software — they’re deciding whether to introduce a new revenue model into their business. Deals involve owners, operators, and multi-location organizations, and a single win can expand across an entire network. 

Pontosense provides sensing technology and a platform used by home care agencies and senior living providers to generate new revenue streams, retain clients longer, and reduce costly emergency incidents. 

At the same time, the product supports the safety, peace of mind, and health of older adults and their families — especially those caring from a distance. Our customers grow their business, and families live with less daily uncertainty. 

We’re growing ~25% month-over-month and already winning through a consistent buying pattern. Now we’re scaling it. 

We’re looking for an Account Executive who consistently outperforms quota and prefers solving a market over maintaining a territory. 

You will source opportunities, run deals end-to-end, and directly shape how we sell as we expand. This is not a coverage role — your wins change how we operate. 

You’ll work closely with leadership, Product, and Customer Success to turn successful deals into a repeatable strategy. 

What you’ll do 

  • Win net-new business — break into accounts, run discovery, and close customers from first conversation through agreement. 
  • Navigate real decision structures — identify how multi-location organizations make purchasing decisions and guide them to commitment. 
  • Turn one deal into many — expand single-site wins into multi-location adoption. 
  • Sell a business change, not a feature — position the product around revenue and operational impact. 
  • Qualify with conviction — invest where intent exists and disengage where it doesn’t. 
  • Shape the motion — feed learnings into pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy. 

Who you are 

  • 2–6 years of B2B closing experience 
  • Consistent quota attainment 
  • Comfortable creating pipeline from scratch 
  • You think about why deals close 
  • You prefer autonomy to process 
  • You enjoy figuring out markets others haven’t solved yet 
  • You understand how to leverage and work with high-performing cross-functional teams for success
