🔥 What You'll Do 🔥
- Become a subject matter expert on the Origin by Altrio platform, mastering every feature and functionality
- Educate prospective clients on the proptech space and demonstrate the impact of our platform on their business
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue and growth
- Engage with Owners, Investors, Lenders and Brokers
- Prioritize and capitalize on opportunities to consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
- Contribute to and execute sales strategies aimed at reaching our target prospects
- Maintain consistent and organized sales activity in the CRM, ensuring all interactions, follow-ups, and opportunities are tracked with precision
- Collaborate closely with customer service and product teams to ensure client expectations are met
- Work with senior executives to build and nurture relationships, generating referral opportunities
- Represent Altrio as an industry leader at trade shows, conferences, and other key events
💡 What You Bring to the Team 💡
- You have proven experience in a business development role, particularly in proptech, commercial real estate, or capital markets
- You have a technical aptitude and experience as either a seller or power user of software solutions, with the ability to clearly communicate the value and functionality of complex platforms to prospective clients
- You are self-driven, creative, competitive, and thrive on building relationships with new prospects
- You enjoy the challenge of a sales cycle and closing big deals, with experience working with both mid-market to large clients
- You’re a CRM advocate, with experience using tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, or other well-known platforms for sales management
- You possess strong business acumen and don’t get discouraged by rejection
- You’re skilled at accurately forecasting sales outcomes and managing your pipeline effectively
- Strong ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics to drive results
- Thrive in an autonomous environment and comfortable navigating uncertainty
