As a seasoned professional, you possess a proven track record of successfully navigating complex B2B sales cycles and have a keen understanding of the NetSuite ecosystem. Your ability to build lasting client relationships, coupled with a deep appreciation for cloud-based technologies, will be crucial in driving our ambitious growth plans. The Commitment

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to position NetSuite as the optimal solution.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to align strategies and ensure a unified approach.
  • Utilize a consultative selling approach to understand client needs and propose tailored NetSuite solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of NetSuite.
  • Articulate how NetSuite can address specific business challenges and deliver tangible benefits.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and proposal development.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions, addressing client concerns to secure successful deals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status.

The Essentials

  • Bachelors of any Business, Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of at least 3-5 years of success in B2B sales, preferably in enterprise software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and their application to business processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends to make informed decisions
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales analytics tools
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with cross- functional teams

The Add-Ons

  • Familiarity with cloud computing technologies is a plus
  • Experience within the NetSuite industry
