ROLE

As an Account Executive at Sid Lee, you will work across multiple accounts to help bring impactful, creative ideas to life. Collaborating closely with Account Supervisors, Directors, and our internal strategy and creative teams, you will act as a key partner in understanding client needs and driving projects forward. Beyond day-to-day coordination, you will contribute to client presentations, support business development, and build the foundational relationships that keep our work moving seamlessly. We are looking for a highly collaborative professional who is eager to learn, adapts quickly to a fast-paced environment, and is deeply passionate about championing strong creative work.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Account Director in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and the successful execution of client campaigns.
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients, and collaborate effectively with internal teams (creative, production, strategy, and technology).
  • Manage client expectations, proactively seeking to understand their business, goals, and industry to provide tailored solutions.
  • Oversee budgets and timelines for 360 campaigns, with a strong focus on digital, social, and innovative approaches.
  • Lead coordination between creative and production teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of work.
  • Ensure consistent quality control, including proofreading and providing feedback during the creative development process.
  • Identify and address potential challenges or roadblocks during projects, proposing innovative solutions as needed.
  • Write clear tactical briefs and contribute to the development of strategic briefs.
  • Translate client needs into actionable and digestible next steps, providing clear and timely communication across stakeholders.
  • Take ownership of administrative tasks such as conference notes, status reports, and invoicing to keep the account organized and on track.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment in all interactions, ensuring that client communication is clear and professionally delivered.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree or diploma in a related field.
  • 1+ years of agency or marketing experience.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of agency dynamics.
  • Experience supporting integrated campaigns including digital, social, print, and video content.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a proactive, hands-on approach.
  • Culturally savvy with a passion for pop culture and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

The salary range for this role is $55,000–$65,000 CAD annually. Final compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
