Fellow.app is growing its sales team - we are looking to add an experienced Account Executive with a passion for people, sales and a strong interest in working in a fast-growing startup. The team has built an amazing product that people love (4.7 Stars | 1000+ G2 Reviews) and you'll play a key role in driving our growth in the SMB & Mid-Market segment.

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage your experience closing SMB SaaS deals to close our firehose of leads
  • Quarterback complex deals with multiple stakeholders both internal and external 
  • Work with C-Level Executives and Business Owners to understand their business problems and help propose and deliver solutions
    • Learn our product inside and out to help your customers achieve their desired outcomes
    • Ensure 100% customer satisfaction and retention
    • Maintain and track all customer interactions in our CRM (Hubspot)

    What we are looking for: 

    • Minimum 2 years of experience selling SaaS 
    • Experience with a PLG business model strongly preferred
    • Experience closing deals from $5-$10K+ ARR
    • A proven track record as a top performer
    • Comfortable with a high degree of ambiguity and strong negotiation skills
    • Independent, self-starter with a bias for action
    • Highly adaptable, easily acclimating to a rapidly changing environment
    • An attention to detail, and have a need to stay organized
    • A strong sense of empathy and emotional intelligence

    For this role, the expected salary range is $60k-$80k CAD base salary and $120-$160k CAD OTE annually, depending on experience, skills, and role scope.
