About the role

The Account Executive at PureFacts is a direct quota carrying sales role focused on new business and driving recurring and non-recurring revenue in accordance with the PureFacts market solution strategy.

What you'll do

  • Secure new clients and generate revenue.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive engagement and interest.
  • Collaborate with sales engineering to deliver tailored product demonstrations that address client needs.
  • Build and manage pipeline by qualifying inbound leads, developing outbound strategies, and conducting market research.
  • Submit weekly forecast to leadership.
  • Coordinate internal and external teams to align stakeholders and ensure deals progress efficiently.
  • Support & coordinate business needs analyses (BNAs) to scope solutions and accelerate the sales process
  • Create and execute a strategic territory plan.
  • Represent PureFacts at meetings, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and drive sales opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data to ensure pipeline visibility and alignment across teams.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity to position PureFacts as a thought leader.


Qualifications

  • 5 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in FinTech or Enterprise B2B environments
  • Expertise in value-based selling and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of wealth/asset management industries.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with cross-functional teams.
  • Results-driven, adaptable, and proactive with a 'hunter' mentality.

 

Measurements of Success:

  • Quota achievement
  • Pipeline health: Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline
  • Account strategy: Approach accounts holistically and gear towards senior decision makers
  • Forecast accuracy: Submit weekly pipeline reports accurately and timely
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs and OKRs that are set by the business
