About the team

Dialpad’s Account Executive, SMB will solve tangible client obstacles by redefining their definition of what’s possible through implementation of Dialpad Talk, Contact Center, and/or Sell. In this role, you’ll combine acquiring new customers and uncover market opportunities to get the market talking about Dialpad!

Dialpad’s SMB Sales team plays an essential role in achieving corporate business objectives.  This team collaborates closely with Sales Engineers, Sales Managers and their peers to constantly improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the full sales process.

Your role

As an Account Executive, SMB you’ll own the complete sales process from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to take a small business prospect to an active Dialpad client. In addition, you’ll help businesses solve complex, communications problems felt by everyone around the world.

This hybrid position reports to our Director, SMB Sales and is based in our Kitchener Waterloo office.

What you’ll do  

  • Own the entire sales process, inclusive of working leads and generating pipeline.
  • Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
  • Have weekly 1:1’s with your Manager comprised of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap.

Skills you’ll bring  

  • 1-2 years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
  • Experience in Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
  • Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
