You Will:
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from hunting/discovery to close for software platforms and ISVs.
- Develop relationships with executives at software companies, along with the technical and non-executive stakeholders brought into deals.
- Share prospect feedback with cross-functional teams, refine our Ideal Customer Profile, and act on insights from your knowledge of our platform customers.
- Contribute to team projects focused on developing and refining our sales process and playbooks.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to help drive product strategy and operations.
- Work closely with our Implementation, Product, and Payment Ops teams to ensure long-term customer success.
You Are:
- Driven to consistently exceed goals and expectations.
- A go-getter with a bias toward action and the ability to produce results in fast-paced, ambiguous situations.
- Proactive, improving existing processes and developing best practices.
- A strategic negotiator with a passion for closing deals.
- Curious about prospects, their needs, and how Finix can help.
- Energetic, bringing a positive attitude to everything you do.
You Have:
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets.
- 3+ years of experience in a consultative SaaS selling environment or business development, preferably with a technical product.
- 1+ years of experience in fintech, ideally selling payments to ISVs or software platforms preferred
