Ready to take the restaurant tech world by storm? As an Account Executive, Inbound Sales at TouchBistro, you’ll be on the front lines selling our cutting-edge, iPad-based point of sale solution to restaurateurs across the U.S., Canada, and beyond. From making cold calls to delivering engaging web demos, you’ll own the entire sales cycle. This is a fast-paced, phone-based sales role where you’ll be surrounded by high-energy, competitive teammates who live and breathe sales—and who love nothing more than crushing their quotas.

What You’ll Do

  • Master the Product: Stay on top of TouchBistro’s latest features, hardware, integrated payments, pricing plans, promotions, and the competitive landscape.
  • Drive the Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, taking them through each stage: lead generation, prospecting, qualifying, demoing, following up, and closing.
  • Educate & Demo: Apply your sales expertise to educate potential clients and show them the full power of our POS solution during web demos.
  • Own Your Numbers: Use Salesforce to forecast, prioritize, and track your sales pipeline, ensuring you hit your monthly quotas and KPIs.
  • Partner for Success: Work closely with our Professional Services team to ensure new customers are set up for success after the sale.

What You Bring

  • Sales Experience: 2+ years of full-cycle sales experience—prospecting, demoing, and closing
  • High Energy & Confidence: You thrive on the phone, bringing passion and confidence to every conversation
  • Passion for Sales & Tech: You’re driven by sales, love the restaurant industry, and have a strong interest in technology
  • CRM Savvy: You know your way around CRM software (ideally Salesforce) and can manage, forecast, and review deal pipelines like a pro
  • Sales Methodology: You’re experienced with discovery calls, deep prospecting, and applying a structured sales methodology to close deals
  • Proven Success: A history of hitting KPIs or quotas and constantly pushing for improvement and growth
  • Education: You’ve completed a University or College program
