What You’ll Do:

In this role, you will support clients by being a point of contact, managing client project requests and expectations while supporting internal team day-to-day tasks and projects. You will support media supplier relationship management and work with the media team to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns. You will keep track of campaign start dates, manage artwork delivery and approval, and manage Proof of Posting and campaign reports. You will manage campaign photography and videography and post campaign reports, liaise with client leads, the Finance team, Client Managers and Client Directors to resolve issues or discrepancies, and develop strong relationships with agencies, clients and media owners while sharing knowledge and best practice across the team.

What you'll bring:

  • 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training

  • Experience with OOH Industry & OOH Media Strategies, preferred and/or Print advertising.

  • ​​Multitasking skills with the ability to balance competing demands.

  • Demonstrate tact and diplomacy in communicating to clients/agencies and media suppliers as well as internally
