You will- Own our high velocity sales funnel ensuring a seamless customer journey for Business Owners.
- Partner across CX, Sales and Partnerships to deliver a world-class experience for our customers.
- Become a product expert and help Business Owners use Kick effectively; assisting prospects through the trial and evaluation phase.
- Design repeatable processes across the customer journey from the introduction call to the handoff to CX.
- Track and optimize key metrics like conversion rates, outreach effectiveness, and pipeline growth.
- Act as the voice of the customer and provide clear, structured feedback to the Product, Engineering and AI teams.
- Grow into leadership by proving the model, then helping hire, mentor, and scale our direct GTM.
- Proven 3-5+ years track record of meeting & exceeding SaaS sales quota targets.
- Has the ambition to shape a team, instilling culture, mentoring teammates and build a best-in-class GTM organization.
- Takes ownership and do your best work in a fast-paced and adaptive environment
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Empathy for entrepreneurs through experience as a Founder or being self-employed.
- Advanced business technical qualifications or experience (e.g. MA/MBA, CPA)
- Experience selling to a technical accountant or finance audience
