Description 

We’re growing our sales team and are looking to bring on an Account Executive focused on SMB (Small & Mid-Sized Business) sales across North America. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by helping SMB customers discover the value of our document technology solutions. In this role, you’ll manage a high-velocity pipeline, educate prospects on how our solutions can help streamline their business, and close deals that create long-term customer success. Customers can range from start-ups to proven small businesses, it’s critical to be able to align the value of Apryse technology with company founders and C-suite members.

Responsibilities 

  • Qualify and manage a steady flow of inbound leads through the full sales cycle.
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting, targeting SMB accounts in your assigned territory.
  • Partner with Solution Engineers to understand customer needs and present tailored solutions.
  • Clearly articulate the value of our products vs. competitors, with a focus on ease of use, ROI, and time-to-value for SMB buyers.
  • Manage multiple opportunities at once while ensuring timely follow-up and a great customer experience.
  • Leverage tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to build and maintain a strong pipeline.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Requirements 

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B software sales, ideally in a high-velocity SMB environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, particularly over phone, email, and video.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting, pipeline generation, and closing SMB accounts.
  • Experience using sales tools (e.g., Salesforce CRM, Outreach, ZoomInfo) to manage daily activity.
  • Highly organized with the ability to juggle many opportunities at once.
  • A motivated, team-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience.

The compensation for this position is commensurate upon experience, with a on target earnings range between $117,000.00-$145,000.00 CAD in on target earnings.
