About Rumble:
Rumble is a high-growth neutral video platform that is creating the rails and independent infrastructure designed to be immune to cancel culture. Rumble’s mission is to restore the Internet to its roots by making it free and open once again.

Rumble is seeking an Account Executive to join our fast-growing Advertising team. This key role offers the opportunity to drive new business across Rumble's advertising portfolio, including programmatic display, video advertising (e.g., pre-rolls), and influencer/podcast sponsorships (e.g., host-reads, product placements). As an Account Executive, you will have the full autonomy to manage your accounts, build and execute creative media plans, and drive growth for both clients and the Rumble.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of securing new business across Rumble’s advertising portfolio. Sell a variety of advertising solutions, including programmatic display and video ads, via the Rumble Advertising Center (RAC), as well as influencer/podcast sponsorships (host-reads, product placements, etc.).
  • Leverage Rumble resources to design and implement effective media plans that align with client objectives, exceed expectations, and deliver impactful results. Tailor each plan to meet the unique needs of your clients, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with advertisers, influencers, and podcasters to create innovative sponsorship deals. Develop customized brand/product integrations that enhance the advertiser's messaging and drive results.
  • Own and execute the strategic approach for each account, managing all aspects of the campaign lifecycle from initiation to execution and optimization. Ensure timely delivery of results and keep clients informed throughout.
  • Work closely with Rumble’s marketing, sales development, and account management teams to drive business growth and optimize campaign performance. Act as a bridge between various departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Identify and communicate future business growth opportunities, both for existing clients and new prospects. Stay ahead of industry trends and identify areas for innovation and expansion.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and recommendations at every stage of the account/campaign lifecycle. Analyze performance data and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
  • Take on other responsibilities as assigned, including participating in team meetings, attending industry events, and contributing to the growth of the overall business.

Requirements:

  • A strong track record in digital media sales or a related sales position, with demonstrable success in securing new business and consistently exceeding sales goals.
  • A natural "hustler" mentality that thrives in high-pressure environments. Demonstrated ability to be proactive, creative, and results-oriented when identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Previous experience in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, particularly within digital media, programmatic advertising, or influencer marketing.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, influencers, podcasters, and internal teams.
  • High level of attention to detail, ensuring all elements of media plans, sponsorship deals, and campaign execution are accurate and meet client expectations.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written), with the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with programmatic advertising, video campaigns, and influencer marketing.
  • Familiarity with Rumble’s Advertising Center (RAC) or similar platforms.
  • A network within the advertising or influencer marketing space would be a plus.
