We are growing our Client Service team and looking for a skilled, experienced Account Director. This person will build relationships and encourage reliance on our products and services. We want someone who embodies our culture and builds relationships with Bounteous' clients while encouraging reliance on our products and services, greater client satisfaction, expanded accounts and opportunities, and improved client retention.
Information Security Responsibilities
- Promote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocols
- Identify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets
- Understand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information
Role and Responsibilities
- Protect and grow client accounts; act as the key liaison between us and the client
- Develop and manage a strategic account management plan that establishes multi-threaded relationships, identify and mitigate threats, develop opportunities and raise our strategic role within the client’s business model
- Intimately understand the client objectives and brand
- Develop and maintain effective key client relationships
- Articulate and hold the full-range of client leaders’ concerns and acts as a client partner
- Lead new Statement of Work kickoff and customer on-boarding processes with internal stakeholders and systems, including finance, legal, design, and development
- Facilitate and execute proper customer contracts and agreements
- Assure proper collections by review and reconciliation
- Develop, coordinate, and implement strategic digital initiatives
- Benchmark state-of-the-art practices and influence profit and service improvements
- Direct the client and team towards the best solutions
- Understand the scope of programs as defined by the business requirements and budget process
- Participate in key planning milestones and act as a guide to the design and development teams from initiation through execution and completion
- Develop and prepare client scorecards and dashboards to show high-level results and trends
- Provide clients with reporting, analytics, and consultation that is relevant and actionable
- Assist in pitch, closing, and negotiating contracts
- Add and/or expand business each quarter
Preferred Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or equivalent consulting agency experience preferred
- 7+ years of client service, digital media, digital/analytics sales, or account management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening, presentation skills, negotiation skills preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects and attention to detail a must
- Deliver client focused solutions based off client goals
