  • Translate complex client challenges into clear direction for internal teams, bringing together the right capabilities across Media, Strategy, Creative, Analytics, Data, and Technology

  • Ensure media recommendations are connected to the broader marketing strategy rather than treated as standalone activations

  • Anticipate client needs, dependencies, risks, and decision points, engaging the right internal teams before issues become escalations

  • Lead senior client meetings, business reviews, strategic planning conversations, and difficult discussions with clarity and confidence

  • Partner closely with Project Management on scope, timelines, resources, budgets, and delivery health while maintaining clear accountability for client strategy and commercial direction

  • Maintain oversight of account financial health, including forecasting, scope management, profitability, and commercial risk

  • Identify opportunities to expand the client relationship by connecting emerging needs to additional Marketbridge capabilities

  • Lead multidisciplinary account teams by providing clear priorities, context, and strategic direction

  • Coach and develop account team members while creating alignment across Client Success, Project Management, Media, Strategy, Creative, and Analytics

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of account management, client leadership, or integrated marketing experience within an agency or similar client-service environment

  • Strong integrated media experience is required, including experience leading complex, multi-channel paid media programs

  • Agency experience is required

  • B2B marketing experience is required

  • Experience leading a large, complex client account with multiple concurrent activations or workstreams

  • Strong understanding of how media strategy, planning, activation, optimization, measurement, creative, data, analytics, and technology work together

  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders

  • Experience translating complex or ambiguous client needs into clear strategic direction

  • Experience partnering closely with Project Management on complex, multi-workstream engagements

  • Strong commercial judgment and comfort with scope, budgets, forecasting, and profitability conversations

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence, clarity, and accountability

  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and negotiation skills

  • Experience growing existing client relationships and identifying organic growth opportunities

  • Global integrated media campaign experience is a strong plus
