Account Development Manager
REV Fuel is looking for an Account Development Manager to join our growing team! The Account Development Manager is responsible for driving the growth of existing accounts and establishing new business opportunities within assigned client portfolios. The purpose of this job is to deploy a sales individual that delivers on sales objectives that are set by senior leadership members to grow market share in the GTA area mid-tier fleet marketplace.

About You:
You are an excellent communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, allowing you to easily engage with stakeholders at all levels. Your ability to negotiate and influence, combined with a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs, enables you to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. You are highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining a client-first mindset.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect for potential customers via calls, in-person, or emails, using various direct methods such as networking and utilizing lead generation tools
• Consult with prospects regarding business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each
• Maintain a high level of relevant general knowledge to connect with prospects
• Work with internal technical staff and product specialists where required to address customer requirements
• Achieve monthly sales quota and KPIs
• Maintain relevant data on prospects and customers
• Provide forecasts on sales volumes
• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
• Establish relationships with new customers to achieve assigned sales goals and targets
• Drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales
• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of demonstrated success in consultative, solution-based B2B sales within a relevant industry.
- Proven track record of closing deals at the senior management level.
- Strong understanding of the fuel and trucking industry, including key concepts and internal business processes.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Knowledge of email campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations.
- Advanced content writing abilities.
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable solutions.
- Strategic and creative thinker with problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced skills in customer service and interpersonal interactions.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- Capable of prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region using personal transportation.
