The Account Management team is integral to KEV’s success, driving customer engagement and growth through collaboration and expertise. We partner across the organization to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence and foster a culture of agility and accountability.
We are looking for an Account Development Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with existing customers to support Account Managers with key communication initiatives, building relationships with new contacts, and expanding business. You will work closely with Account Managers, Marketing, and cross-functional teams and contribute to customer success and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented and has experience in customer engagement and outreach. This role is an entry point into sales and SaaS – we will provide you with the training and support to be successful.
How You’ll Contribute- Conduct targeted outreach to high-potential customers — enabling upsell and cross-sell opportunities for Account Managers.
- Discovery new contacts within our customer base and cultivate new relationships — driving refreshed communication and strengthening relationships.
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for customer meeting management — contributing to predictable pipeline growth and revenue acceleration.
- Identify changes to key contacts within existing accounts — ensuring accurate data and improved account coverage.
- Partner with Account Managers and Marketing on outreach initiatives — fostering alignment and enhancing campaign effectiveness.
- Assist with migration of existing customers to a new payment partner — ensuring smooth transitions and customer satisfaction.
- Document all activities in Salesforce — enabling data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Provide feedback on messaging and competitive insights — contributing to continuous improvement and market responsiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1–2 years of work experience, ideally with exposure to K–12 education.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Collaborative and adaptable — enabling cross-functional success.
- Detail-oriented and proactive — contributing to customer engagement and growth.
