What you will do:

The Account Coordinator role is an entry level role within the Accounts Team. This role will focus on helping build the sales pipeline through outreach and working with Executive Director & Business Development Director to pitch/respond to RFPs. In addition, this role will execute activities for an existing client portfolio, including 1-3 core accounts. This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting - Identifies and researches potential clients through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calls, emails, networking events, etc.). Builds and maintains a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Outreach & Engagement - Conducts initial outreach to prospects via phone, email, and social media to introduce the agency’s services and value proposition. Qualifies leads through discovery conversations, understanding their business needs and challenges.
  • CRM Management - Maintains accurate and up-to-date information on leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system. Tracks progress against KPIs such as call volume, lead qualification rate, and meeting conversions.
  • Client Management - Strengthens client relationships with professionalism, clarity and good judgment to help cultivate additional opportunities, either through direct contact or in support of client needs
  • Manage small client projects independently, and supporting your team on larger projects
  • Works with cross functional teams to ensure client’s goals are met
  • Tracking of budgets, including costs and effort
  • Organization of client assets, documents and proofing areas
  • Timely and accurate estimating and invoicing of client projects
  • Supports and/or runs effective internal and external meetings
  • Reporting of client activity to Account Manager
  • Supports with preparation of regular internal and client reporting
  • Administration of internal systems on behalf of client team

Education & Certification

  • University or College Degree in relevant discipline

Experience

  • 1‐3 yrs. experience in a similar role at an advertising agency, digital marketing and/or media agency

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Exceptional client and prospect communication skills (phone, email, Teams)
  • Sense of urgency and the ability to handle multiple projects with ease
  • Effective written, oral and presentation skills
  • Proactive, motivated and resourceful individual
  • Detail oriented and an aptitude for technology
  • Exceptionally organized and able to prioritize quickly
  • Knowledge of digital signage, experiential and/or digital marketing, digital media or media sales would be considered an asset
