Job Description

As a 310T Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in managing our fleet of heavy-duty vehicles and ensuring they are maintained to the highest safety and performance standards. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, oversee maintenance schedules, and coordinate repair and service activities to keep our equipment operating efficiently.

What you’re responsible for:

  • Supervise and lead a team of 310T technicians, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks
  • Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure the reliability and longevity of our fleet
  • Perform maintenance, repair, and diagnostics on a wide range of heavy machinery and equipment
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
  • Schedule and coordinate vehicle repairs, inspections, and maintenance work
  • Oversee the procurement of parts and supplies required for vehicle maintenance
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repair activities
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose complex mechanical issues
  • Complete repairs and replacements of faulty components, adhering to safety and quality standards

Qualifications

To join our team:

  • You have a valid 310T license
  • You have experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a heavy equipment maintenance setting
  • You have strong knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle maintenance and repair procedures
  • You have excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • You are proficient in computerized maintenance management systems
  • You have effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • You have strong organizational and time management abilities
  • You must have your own set of hand tools
