🔹 You'll
Support the development and management of project controls processes, including scheduling, cost management, risk, and reporting.
Prepare, analyse, and interpret project performance data to enable informed and timely decision-making.
Assist in establishing and maintaining the Performance Measurement Baseline (PMB) and contribute to the collection and validation of monthly KPI and progress data.
Contribute to the implementation of effective project governance, ensuring compliance with established procedures, tools, and systems throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate project controls activities across internal teams and external suppliers to maintain alignment and consistency.
Support the integration of project control disciplines—schedule, cost, risk, quality, and reporting—to provide a unified view of project performance.
Ensure data accuracy and adherence to PMO standards, policies, and best practices.
🔹 About You
Essential
Professional experience undertaking Programme Controls roles for the development and/or delivery of large, complex construction projects
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with a range of stakeholders.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable contributing to workshops and discussions to help identify issues and develop solutions.
Experience supporting project controls activities such as risk, planning, cost, change control, document control, or reporting (experience in at least one discipline is sufficient).
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary project controls team.
Familiarity with project controls systems, tools, or software.
Able to collaborate well with clients, partners, and wider project teams.
Desirable
A formal professional Project Management/Project Controls qualification or professional body membership.
Working towards professional qualifications.
Experience in nuclear or a heavy regulated industry
