Project Overview:

We are seeking a skilled AI Engineer to contribute to a new project focusing on Agentic AI applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, leveraging your expertise in artificial intelligence to deliver innovative solutions aligned with project objectives.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents that transform how work is captured, analyzed, and executed across automation programs. This role will focus on building AI-driven systems that can reason, take action, and manage workflows, significantly reducing reliance on traditional Business Analysis and Project Management activities. The successful candidate will lead the development of AI-powered automation design capabilities, including auto-generation of Process Definition Documents (PDDs), workflow orchestration, and intelligent decision-making.

Core Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of building AI agents or autonomous systems
  • Strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, similar) and Prompt engineering & LLM orchestration
  • Familiarity with RPA platforms and workflow automation tools
  • Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
  • Ability to translate unstructured business inputs into structured automation logic
