The Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Analyst Program is a two-year experience where you will build skills in financial modeling and market analysis while collaborating with bankers and risk professionals to deliver for clients. Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$105,000.00 - $155,000.00

As a CRE Analyst, your responsibilities may include:
- Supporting valuation models for real estate properties and sectors
- Preparing financial and credit analyses, presentations, and projects
- Conducting property and industry research
- Participating in due diligence and client meetings
- Collaborating with senior professionals across cross-functional partners
- Contributing to client relationship development
We seek candidates who bring curiosity, accountability, and a sharp analytical mindset. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative, and collaborating with peers and leaders alike.
Required qualifications
- 6+ months of Commercial Real Estate Relationship Management - Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Bachelor's degree with expected graduation between December 2026 - June 2027
- Knowledge and understanding of financial markets
- Strong academic achievement
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven ability to take on significant responsibility
- Relevant internship experience
- Ability to work effectively both independently and in teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
