What Will You Do?
As a Revenue Operations Student at Ownr, you will play a key role in supporting the Revenue team’s efforts to drive growth, improve conversion, and enhance customer lifetime value. Your responsibilities will include:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with Marketing, Product, Banking, and Customer Experience teams to strengthen feedback loops and improve the user experience.
- Go-to-Market Support – Assist in executing go-to-market initiatives, including demos, webinars, and partnership activations.
- Customer Communications – Manage external user communications to ensure a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Process Optimization – Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency across revenue-generating functions.
- Ad-hoc Projects – Take on special projects and tasks as assigned to support the team’s broader goals.
What Do You Need to Succeed?
Must-Haves:
- Currently enrolled in a post-secondary program (Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Prior experience in revenue operations, marketing, or customer success (e.g., internships, projects).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Basic understanding of financial services or fintech industries.
- Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies.

Please note: This posting is for a 4-months Summer 2026 Student placement with a start date of May 2026, and end date of August 2026. In order to be eligible for this 4-months Student position, you must either:
- Be returning back to school after the work term end-date of August 2026 ; or
- If you are not returning back to school (i.e. are graduating in August 2026), you must require the full 4-months work term as a mandatory component to in order to graduate successfully.
