The Summer Intern for Sales Support will assist in data optimization, support continuous improvement initiatives, run reports, and implement process improvements. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency and improve customer experience while upholding ethical standards.

Responsibilities
Individual Responsibilities:
- Proactively collaborates with internal teams/departments to promote a culture of inclusiveness and cooperation
- Responsible to live and drive Stryker’s five success factors: Quality First, Customer Experience, Innovation, People Development, and Financial Results
Functional Responsibilities:
- Support Continuous Improvement initiatives, projects and activities based on changing priorities
- Assist with data optimization activities and updates to support operational efficiency, such as open sales order reviews and shipments forecasting
- Run reports and prepare analysis for the team, upon request.
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions with the team
- Provide support to other positions within Operations, as required
- Other duties assigned by manager

Knowledge & Skill Requirements
- Excellent Excel skills and experience manipulating and analyzing data.
- Experience creating data visualizations using PowerBI is an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft 360 (Sharepoint, MS Teams, MS Office, Power Platform: PowerBI, PowerApps) is an asset
- High-energy, high urgency, with a passion for winning.
- Highly service-oriented, with a continuous commitment to enhancing the customer experience
- Eagerness to learn and take on new tasks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Effective planning and organizational skills; must be able to prioritize work

Education & Qualifications
- College diploma or university degree in progress
- Experience in Process Improvement is an asset
