Lead ZURU Edge’s Canadian consumer goods sales organization from Toronto. Own the country P&L, commercial and trade strategies, key retail partnerships, customer negotiations, distribution, market share, profitability, and team leadership. Collaborate with marketing, supply, and cross-functional teams to grow brands in stores and online across Canada.

Manage Canadian logistics operations, including 3PL and freight partners, retail delivery, replenishment, fill rate, on-time delivery, inventory flow, and KPI improvement. Coordinate with sales, demand planning, sourcing, US logistics, customers, carriers, and China-based teams to resolve freight and short-shipment issues and support promotions and in-store displays.

The CPFR Analyst partners with major retailers to optimize inventory, demand and supply planning, replenishment, promotional execution, and e-commerce fulfillment. Responsibilities include leading S&OP cycles, developing dashboards and KPI reporting, resolving supply chain disruptions, managing item setup and inventory transfers, coordinating feature events and resets, and identifying opportunities through customer collaboration. The role requires 2–4 years of CPFR or supply chain experience, strong customer-facing skills, and proficiency with Excel and Power BI.
