Own end-to-end data science and machine learning projects, including problem definition, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, deployment, monitoring, and production data pipelines. Translate business questions into measurable KPIs and actionable insights for Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR. Build maintainable code and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders while contributing to code reviews, shared tooling, documentation, and team mentorship.

The role involves building and optimizing big data pipelines, designing data architectures, collaborating with data scientists, and driving technical strategy for data processing infrastructure.

Lead design, build, and 운영 of CI/CD platform components: self-hosted GitHub Actions runners on GKE, ArgoCD GitOps topology, Helm charts, and Jenkins platform. Deliver self-service tooling and migrations, ensure pipeline reliability with Datadog and PagerDuty, manage artifacts and secrets, and collaborate globally to own architecture, incidents, and long-term maintenance.

Develop and maintain delivery and automation systems using TypeScript/Node (NestJS) and Go. Provide operational coverage, ship features, investigate deploy issues, support CI/CD and GitOps tooling (ArgoCD/Helm/GitHub Actions), and contribute to infrastructure provisioning and automation.

Own and operate GitOps deployment APIs/CLI and deployment tooling (ArgoCD, Helm) for Cloud Run; maintain TypeScript Nx monorepo and ingress Helm charts; build Go services and durable workflows (Temporal); implement MCP and agentic AI workflows; stabilize, document, and evolve production delivery/platform systems.

Build frontend-focused full-stack features for ZoomInfo’s Conversation Intelligence platform. Responsibilities include developing responsive UI components, data visualizations, charting experiences, and AI-powered interfaces; collaborating with designers and product managers; contributing to REST APIs and backend services; and providing technical leadership on frontend architecture, performance, testing, documentation, and code quality.
