Design and deliver intuitive user interfaces for consumer and enterprise products. Lead discovery and delivery efforts, create wireframes, high-fidelity Figma files and prototypes, contribute to design systems, run design reviews, collaborate with product and engineering, and improve usability, accessibility, and visual consistency.

Lead and develop a team of Graphics Project Managers to deliver 3D/VR visual production. Own production workflows, QA, and process improvements. Manage key accounts, client communications, escalations, and cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product, Finance, and Production to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Manage medium-to-large graphics/VR projects from kickoff to delivery: define scope, budget, timeline, risks, and deliverables; run kickoffs, progress reviews, demos; coordinate clients and production artists; provide quoting support, reporting, and process improvements while ensuring architectural accuracy and quality.

Design and build scalable .NET backend services and gRPC microservices; optimize data layers (SQL Server, MongoDB, Elasticsearch); implement cloud integrations on AWS and Azure; ship AI/ML features (LLMs, RAG, vector search, ranking, personalization) and operate MCP servers; contribute to CI/CD, observability, containerization, and production ML integrations impacting high-traffic consumer marketplaces.

Manage and automate CI/CD pipelines, server infrastructure (IIS/Windows), and cloud/container deployments (Azure/AWS, Docker). Improve build orchestration, observability, and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Bicep/ARM) while supporting .NET and JavaScript monorepo projects and troubleshooting incidents.

Lead and maintain hybrid infrastructure across on‑prem and AWS environments, ensuring availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency. Administer Linux and Windows servers, virtualization, backups/DR, networking, observability, automation, and security controls. Mentor junior staff, lead incident response and infrastructure projects, and support compliance and audit readiness.
