Leads YSM’s People and Culture function, overseeing HR operations including recruitment, total rewards, performance management, learning and development, employee relations, wellness, compliance, safety, succession planning, organizational development, and change management. Develops HR strategy, policies, budgets, metrics, and employer branding while advising leaders on complex employee matters. Coaches the People and Culture team and ensures HR practices reflect YSM’s Christian mission, values, and DEI principles.

Provides administrative and scheduling support to the President and CEO and senior leadership team. Responsibilities include managing calendars, coordinating meetings, retreats, and staff events, facilitating executive access, preparing meeting logistics and materials, recording minutes, tracking follow-ups, processing expense reports, monitoring budgets, and reconciling Visa statements. The role also supports the Board of Directors and requires discretion, confidentiality, strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
