Lead and coach a team of five Sales Account Executives serving Canadian territories. Own team sales attainment, territory strategy, revenue growth, forecasting, customer relationships, complex consultative sales, contract negotiations, and cross-business opportunities. The role requires developing sales talent, managing Salesforce activity, supporting proposals and value messaging, capturing market intelligence, and planning future headcount. This is a remote role, with Ontario preferred and at least 50% travel required.

Lead the evolution and support of a high-performance risk modeling platform. Design scalable analytic solutions, optimize computing and networking resources, write clean and testable code, and develop automated tests. Collaborate with architects and product owners on technical direction and delivery, mentor engineers through reviews and design guidance, and improve engineering processes, tooling, and best practices. The role requires experience across software development, cloud computing, distributed systems, API design, or data engineering.
