Develop and maintain a low-latency, high-performance game streaming application across multiple platforms. Responsibilities include UI, video encoding and decoding, networking, input devices, video rendering, UDP protocols, and production C development. The role involves solving complex performance challenges, deploying code to millions of users, collaborating with a globally distributed team, mentoring engineers, and responding to customer needs.

Design, build, and modernize high-scale, low-latency backend services and APIs for ad delivery. Work on distributed systems, performance, observability, cost efficiency, and architecture while collaborating with product, data, and engineering teams in a remote-first environment.

Lead end-to-end design and implementation of Diagnostics backend: high-throughput Go services, ingestion and OpenTelemetry pipelines, ClickHouse-based storage and queries, and dashboard surfaces. Collaborate cross-team, mentor engineers, raise code-review and AI-agent workflow standards, and ensure reliability, performance, and secure data handling.

Design and build AI-driven workflows, pipelines, test projects and tools to support AI-assisted game creation. Integrate art assets, prototype AI-powered gameplay systems, import real-world data into real-time apps, research emerging technologies, and collaborate across small teams to deliver cross-platform projects (desktop, mobile, WebGL, AR/VR).
