Lead and scale a global UX design team to own end-to-end GTM and marketplace experiences. Define UX strategy across marketing, Unity.com, learning pathways, commerce, licensing, and the Asset Store. Champion systems thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and AI-driven UX innovation while ensuring seamless commerce and entitlements workflows.
