Lead daily fund accounting and corporate trust operations for CLOs and other loan structures, including reconciliations, cash processing, journal entries, billing, compliance reviews, and transaction support. Act as SME on process and system improvements, participate in testing, train staff, and provide indirect oversight of junior accountants while supporting complex client relationships and deal structures.

The Business Development Officer will originate and negotiate loans, maintain client relationships, assist in underwriting, and produce necessary reports while collaborating with executive management.
