Lead creative strategy and a team of motion designers to produce high-performing UA creative for mobile free-to-play games. Set data-driven creative direction, embed AI-assisted tools into production, run high-velocity testing pipelines, partner with UA and data science to link creative to ROAS/LTV, and manage vendors, briefs, and asset operations to scale volume and quality.

Lead the creative direction for game design, mentor teams, analyze player data, and design engaging features and progression systems.

The Motion Designer will create high-quality 2D animations and motion graphics for mobile games, collaborating with artists and engineers to enhance game quality and user experience.
