Leads regional finance and accounting operations, including financial controls, IFRS and statutory compliance, close processes, treasury, working capital, audits, and intercompany management. Drives finance process harmonization, standardization, and transformation across multi-country operations. Partners with regional and global stakeholders, builds a high-performing team, manages change, and ensures governance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Provides operational HR partnership across a global Finance portfolio. Advises managers and employees on lifecycle activities, employee relations, performance, compensation, talent reviews, engagement, data changes, and HR policies. Coordinates with local HR teams, Centers of Excellence, Shared Services, and other stakeholders to deliver consistent, timely, and risk-aware HR support. Uses HR systems, reports, and trackers to monitor activity and prepares clear updates, action logs, briefing notes, and communications.

Lead design and delivery of engineered-to-order pump packages: create 3D models, drawings, BOMs, specs, and manufacturing packages. Collaborate with customers and internal teams, manage projects from concept to commissioning, use laser scan data for precision, and perform site/vendor visits (5–10 per year). Ensure safety and quality in heavy-equipment rotating/pump systems.
