Manages H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, I-140, Canadian work permit, and permanent residence cases with external counsel and internal HR. Communicates case updates, guides employees on documentation and timelines, prepares immigration letters, tracks workflows, and conducts research on wages, processing procedures, and consular matters.
