Responsibilities include university relations, campus events, sourcing strategy, diversity recruiting, candidate experience, employer branding, ATS reporting, vendor management, stakeholder communication, and recruitment calendar planning. The role requires 5+ years of university or junior talent recruiting experience, data and project management skills, and up to 20% travel.

Develop and administer Tableau Server, build optimized data sources and dashboards, write and tune SQL, and perform exploratory data analysis. Partner with business, product, and analytics teams to deliver scalable reporting solutions. Establish visualization standards, document analytical processes, and evaluate AI/NLP tools such as Amazon Q to improve self-service analytics and natural-language querying.

Provides day-to-day administrative and paralegal support for U.S. and Canadian business immigration matters. Manages H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, I-140, Canadian work permit, and permanent residence cases with external counsel and internal HR. Communicates case updates, guides employees on documentation and timelines, prepares immigration letters, tracks workflows, and conducts research on wages, processing procedures, and consular matters.

Serves as the strategic HR partner for leadership teams across three global labels. Leads workforce planning, organizational design, talent management, compensation guidance, change initiatives, employee relations, compliance, people analytics, HR programs, and budget alignment. Requires strong stakeholder influence, senior-level HRBP experience, multi-jurisdictional employment law knowledge, and experience supporting HR as a client function.

Operationalize cyber threat intelligence by managing feeds, parsing indicators of compromise, analyzing adversary tactics, and integrating intelligence into SIEM, EDR, firewall, and security platforms. Build API integrations, scripts, and playbooks to automate ingestion and dissemination; support threat intelligence infrastructure; collaborate with security operations, detection engineering, and incident response teams; and produce actionable alerts, briefs, and reports.

Support and maintain the SOAR platform by developing, testing, and maintaining playbooks, workflows, and integrations. Identify repetitive security operations tasks and implement automation to improve incident response. Collaborate with security analysts, document workflows and scripts, assist with platform maintenance and migrations, and troubleshoot tool integrations. The role requires foundational security knowledge, scripting ability, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication.
