Manages project documentation and correspondence across project teams, clients, consultants, and external stakeholders. Responsibilities include filing, version control, distribution, archiving, document registers, transmittals, meeting records, RFIs, submissions, status reporting, and ensuring teams use current approved materials. The role also supports proposal, technical, and commercial teams and helps maintain efficient information flow and compliance with document management requirements.

Supports finance operations by processing purchase requisitions, purchase orders, supplier invoices, credit notes, employee expenses, bank payments, reconciliations, journal entries, and tax filings. Maintains accurate financial records, resolves transaction queries, follows internal controls, supports month-end and year-end close, audits, statutory reporting, and process improvements. This is a 12-month contract with potential extension.

Lead national operations across Canadian studios to standardize project initiation, budgeting, scheduling, and reporting. Oversee project delivery and controls, drive process improvements and SOPs, support financial forecasting and commercial discipline, mentor project managers, and enforce compliance, QA/QC, and risk management to improve commercial performance and scalable delivery.
