Owns customer marketing and advocacy programs across Superhuman’s product suite. Responsibilities include recruiting customer advocates, producing case studies and testimonials, managing proof-asset libraries, prioritizing customer story pipelines, coordinating multimedia production, and partnering with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Demand Gen, Brand, Content, and PR to support go-to-market campaigns.

Own the iOS mobile roadmap and technical strategy for Superhuman Mail. Lead high-impact, complex engineering initiatives; define the mobile platform’s architecture, technical foundations, and one-to-two-year vision; partner with product and engineering leadership on strategy and execution; mentor senior engineers; drive cross-functional alignment; and promote AI-native software development practices while delivering reliable, high-quality mobile experiences.
